Positive psychology is a science in its own right that studies everything that can make life more enjoyable and fulfilling. It is not intended to replace traditional psychology but to add an insight and methodology to strengthen individual and collective well-being. Positive psychology is particularly concerned with health and well-being, as well as anything that makes people more resilient, happy and optimistic.
Positive psychology is used to assess one’s level of satisfaction, identify what hinders or limits fulfillment and implement new strategies to feel happier, more positive and fulfilled in all aspects of one’s life.
This is done by using practices and tools to set fulfilling goals for ourselves and being present to ourselves, our environment and the present moment.

This will help you to develop your self-confidence and increase your self-esteem.
Positive psychology is used to:
Achieve a personal or professional goal.

Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on the positive aspects of human life, such as happiness, fulfillment and satisfaction. Rather than focusing on mental disorders and problems, positive psychology seeks to understand what makes life rewarding and meaningful. It emphasizes personal strengths and virtues such as optimism, gratitude, resilience and compassion. By highlighting these positive aspects, positive psychology aims to improve the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, as well as their quality of life. It provides tools and techniques to cultivate happiness and foster healthy relationships.
