Coaching is mainly focused on exercises of cognitive questioning and restructuring. Use of graphics, tables, lists and questionnaires.

Whether we call it professional coaching, behavioral coaching, or life coaching, basically the practice is the same.

It is always about removing all the internal obstacles you build in your mind (what we also call limiting beliefs) to allow you to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. 

Coaching is therefore based on a process of questioning that leads the person to take conscience, which allows him or her to clarify the situation, find his or her own solutions, remove the barriers that prevent progress, Commit to the desired changes to achieve its/her goal.

The coach plays a catalytic role, the person accompanied is an actor, fully responsible for its evolution.
