Sophrology

Aiming to reconcile body and mind, sophrology is a psychocorporal verbal method, close to hypnosis, that helps to better manage one’s emotions. Using techniques of breathing, visualization and muscle relaxation to harmonize consciousness and activate serenity.

You have trouble managing a bereavement, trauma, professional relationship or you suffer from addiction? You can seek professional help to deal with these challenges, when you feel it is appropriate. I am a certified sophrologist and graduate of the French Higher School of Sophrology in Paris and I am here to accompany you on the path of harmony with yourself.

E.F.T

Often presented as the emotional version of acupuncture, EFT is a psychoenergetic therapy that aims to release the emotional load from past events or current situations in order to move forward in life with our full powers.
It consists of expressing oneself on a problem, verbalizing difficulties, while tapping meridian points from traditional Chinese medicine. This double simultaneous action thus exerts an energetic rebalancing and releases the emotional nodes.

My short therapy tools indirectly act on these diseases by providing psychological well-being to the people concerned.
