NLP

(neuro linguistic programming)

NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) is a discipline that is part of the field of humanities in order to improve its relationship with others, better understand them and be understood.

Behind the terminology Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are grouped different communication techniques that aim to act on an individual’s behaviors.

She is a model that allows everyone to achieve themselves in their personal and professional lives.

Also an exceptional communication tool that allows you to communicate more effectively with yourself and others: it is therefore the optimization of communication with others and with oneself.

It allows to acquire a greater freedom in the way of thinking and acting on oneself and others.

The NLP is therefore the study of what we perceive through our senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch), it is about understanding how we perceive the organization of the world around us and how we filter the outside world through our senses.

The NLP studies the processes that cause us to transmit our representation of the world through language. It is therefore a practical application that allows us, through technical and precise tools to recognize and develop skills for our personal development and improvement of our interpersonal relationships.

But above all, NLP allows us to objectively know the perception of others and ourselves.

NLP uses visualization and projection (timeline) exercises. It interacts with the brain to free you from trauma or blocking behaviors.

In working life, NLP teaches us our limits, a force to improve our working relationships, for a better atmosphere and optimal collaboration. For the employee, NLP allows him to identify his or her blockers and mobilize his or her strengths to help him or her in his or her personal and professional development.

The NLP is based on a simple reflection: we must stop interpreting the words, the behaviour of an interlocutor based on our personal functioning. The goal is to try to understand your interlocutor’s behavioral patterns in order to adapt how you interact with them. Language is used to code and share our experience, through our words, our way of speaking and our body language. By listening to the other, we understand better the problems of the person, how he builds his vision of the world, perception, thoughts...

The role of the NLP practitioner is to guide their patients towards effective, rapid internal changes in order to communicate better with others.
